This Privacy Policy describes how Hadalcore (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wild Vows app and when you visit our website. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are
Wild Vows is operated by Hadalcore. For privacy inquiries, contact info@hadalcore.com or use the form on our Contact page.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account & authentication. If you use sign-in features (for example, Sign in with Apple) or create a session with our backend, we may receive identifiers and profile details you choose to share (such as name or email).
- Planning content. Information you enter into Wild Vows (for example, dates, notes, vow drafts, timeline activities, budgets, packing lists, and similar planning content) may be stored on your device and, where a cloud feature is enabled, processed by our service providers as described below.
- Support & communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you send (such as your email address and message contents).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & diagnostics. We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the app (for example, device type, OS version, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics).
- Purchases & entitlements. If you make in-app purchases, Apple and our subscription partner (RevenueCat) process payment information. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Wild Vows;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Deliver optional cloud features (for example, AI-assisted planning where enabled);
- Validate subscriptions and premium access;
- Communicate with you about support, safety, or legal notices;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
4. Service providers & third parties
We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate Wild Vows. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Apple & App Store. Apple provides the platform, distribution, and payment processing for in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat. Subscription management and entitlement verification.
- Supabase (or similar backend). Authentication, databases, and server-side functions that power certain features (for example, secure AI endpoints).
- Google (Gemini). Where premium AI features are offered, your prompts and relevant context may be sent to Google’s AI services to generate responses, subject to Google’s terms and policies.
- GitHub Pages / hosting. This website may be hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may receive standard server logs when you visit these pages.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood. We do not use your wedding planning content to train third-party AI models unless we expressly tell you otherwise in-product and obtain any consent required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some locally stored app data may remain on your device until you delete the app or use in-app controls to remove it.
6. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@hadalcore.com. You may also be able to manage certain data through Apple’s account settings and device controls.
California residents: If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies, you may have additional rights (including the right to know, delete, and correct, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable). Contact us as above.
European Economic Area / UK / Switzerland: If GDPR-like laws apply, we will process personal data as permitted by contract, legitimate interests, or your consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Children’s privacy
Wild Vows is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International transfers
If you access Wild Vows from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law (which may include in-app notice).
