Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hadalcore (“Hadalcore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Wild Vows application (the “App”) and related websites (including wildvows.app) (together, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Apple App Store
If you download Wild Vows from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Hadalcore, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection). In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of that claim. 2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with Apple’s usage rules (if applicable).
4. Premium features & subscriptions
Wild Vows may offer paid features, including auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases (for example, a lifetime unlock). Payment, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Pricing and subscription periods are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period and price (or the then-current price) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation & management. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Apple provides instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during the trial, your payment method may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access non-public systems, interfere with other users, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the Services in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Your content
You retain rights to content you create in Wild Vows. To operate the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content.
7. AI features
Some features may use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions or text. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content (especially vows and legal-sensitive topics). AI features are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate third-party services (for example, cloud backends, subscription management, or AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HADALCORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Hadalcore and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this site and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you the right to bring disputes in your local courts, that right may apply.
